Addressing the Complaint of [redacted] Ms [redacted] is correct that she did pay her security deposit at the time she rented her home.? She neglected to mention that the payment was returned for insufficient funds.? While she did resolve this quickly, she seemed to be under the impression that this resolution of the amount owed was actually a rent payment, and then made a partial payment the following monthThe amount of $she mentions is not her security deposit required at the signing of the lease.? Ms [redacted] has made partial payments on her rent several times through the duration of her residence.? This creates a balance due, with late fees added in.? In October, Ms [redacted] requested to transfer to another home, then changed her mind.? We did not charge her any rent or fees for this because she changed her mind, but let her stay in the original home at her request.? During this process we change over the utilities along with everything elseMuch of the amount owed is due to an error when changing her documentation / lease back to her original unit.? ? The utilities were not transferred back immediately, and she was not charged for utilities from November through January.? This is the bulk of the amount owedMs [redacted] refers to being harassed, and we disagree with thisIt is a process followed for all tenants that are delinquent that we touch base daily through email, or text and phone to remind them of payment due.? We wish to respond to your letter regarding complaint , regarding “forged signature on a contract that was not read or presented at time of purchase”.Our Community Manager in Beaver Lake Community read through the complaint, and verified that the signatures were not forgedThe tenants came in to
the office at Beaver Lake, and signed the documents electronically through Beaver Lake emailAs electronic signatures would not be in their handwriting, this may be the point of confusion.They have since moved out of the park due to home sale default.Please let us know if there is anything else that we need to do to resolve this issue.*** ***Administrative AssistantAmerican Family Communities here

I am rejecting this response because: as you said I had paid itRegardless of the bounced checkIt is the only one on recordI have paid regularly sinceAnd I havent only made partial payments leaving a balance, I have been paying in multiple transactions (from two bank accounts)I am being charged a bounced check feeThe was what was requested in the bounced check notice I recieved this month from last februaryAnd then I recieved a day notice to quitAnd at that time u couldnt even tell me what I owed fromI paid the bounced check plus the feeI have paid what the online rent site said every month to a balanceIf I hadnt ud have regular legal action against meIf that additional deposit was applied to my rent in april, thats on youIf you all didnt charge me utilities from nov to jan thats on youThat is YOUR accting department failingIt is harassment because im being inundated with automated calls from the corp office saying to call backThe number goes to a voicemailI recieved a day notice to quit before you could even identify why I owedIts harassment because over the period of two months I recieved a first and second violation, the third being eviction for violations that arent mineAnd now, between tues when the amt owed was or for feb, no july, no april, and yesterday, theres been an additional fee for utilities YOUR accting department failed to chargeI paid my balance to Saying im constantly leaving a balance is a lieTelling the Revdex.com the is bc of utilities is a lieAnd bringing up the home I WAS going to move into is irrelevantThe same day I took possession I reported to the office I wouldnt accept it because there was mushrooms growing inside the house along at least foot of the wallAnd u werent going to charge a deposit bc I already paid on a house when the new hs was only going to cost 550. Sorry for the disarrangement of information, but doing this on mobile isnt allowing me to go back to group it togetheranyhowNow I owe for rent because of your accting departmentAnd it might not have been so ill recieved if you hadnt started with were gonna take legal action instead of sorry but we found some errrors heres what they are and when wed like them paidYour company wont even take a promise to pay for the (that I paid) so this is only going to increase the amt dueBy the time yall are done with me, im going to owe like dollars with all the legal feesThis is ridiculous and unethicalThe local office said many other ppl were having these issues. And for the record u rented the mushroom house within a week without treating itTHAT is unethical and unsafe.
