Dr. *** provided me with an unacceptable lower denture and does NOT care now that all the money has been collected
3/21/18 had 2 teeth pulled & first impression taken for new lower denture. 3/21/18 paid 1/2 of my portion of new denture. 4/5/18 finally called to fit 1st mold. 4/26/18 come back for fitting. 5/9/18 return thinking getting denture & discover new wax one has very small teeth, no back molars, & wait 2 hours for lab guy to come look. He arrives late, walks right past me sitting in lobby & after 20 minutes before they call me back so he can look. Says he will have it back tomorrow afternoon around 3:00. Go back 5/10/18 & wait an additional hour for denture to be brought back. Still inferior & Dr wants to rush me out to live with it. Have been back approximately 6 times to get more cut off this oversized, too small of teeth denture. I live a minimum of 1 1/2 hour away from Dr *** & they are aware of this. Dr. *** cut out the back side of a boot around the one tooth I have left on the bottom despite saying he "would not touch that" when I complained about how the gum on the denture looked on the front where everyone can see. Food goes in around the tooth because he did what he said he would NOT do & cut around that boot. The denture is quite a bit larger than the partial I currently have. It is too long for my mouth which makes my jaws hurt because it is pushing against where my jaw opens. It has lots of rough places which cut into my gums. It rubs on two places where my bone sticks out towards the inside of my mouth. When I first got it I could barely get it into place because it was so malformed and tight. Told Dr it makes me panic when trying to remove it, which is when he cut the back of the boot. He has given it back to me several times with the paste he puts on it to grind off sharp places & also fails to go back & polish it smooth. He doesn't want to deal with me or trying to make it fit which at this point he cannot fix it. He & his assistants have told me many many times, "we can take it off but we can't put it back." So by cutting out the boot it can no longer be "put back." I have left seven or eight messages for the Dr to call me and/or refund my money. He finally called one of my phone numbers, even tho I have been assured that he was given both numbers & instructed to call both if not reach me at the first one. He called from his assistants cell phone & ONLY called my home phone to "see what the problem is." I have left the message saying what the problem is & have told same to his front desk personnel. This one & ONLY call from him happened after I left the message saying, "If I do not receive a call from someone in your office today, I will report you to the Revdex.com & anyone else I can think of." I called the insurance provider to inquire about his payment & was old that the type of policy I have pays the Dr every month whether or not I come see him. Given that I am in dentures with only 4 teeth left, prior to August, 2017 when I had one pulled & then 2 more in March, 2018 he did NOT see me, but received a monthly amount for me simply because I am one that insurance plan. I feel sure I left out some of the dates but know they have all the dates on record. Long & short of it is I waited 2 months plus to get an unacceptable denture & have returned 6 or 7 times trying to get it to fit right. I have left repeated messages, the last one was last Friday, 6/1, asked that he call both numbers/NO CALL from Dr or anyone. Left me in dentist chair for 45 minutes while listening to him & his staff cut up & laugh. Then when he comes to me he is always in a rush & brushes me off & rushes me out. When my 2 teeth were pulled out on 3/21 it was over a full month later & lots of crying & complaining only part before they cut off the sharp metal parts that came up & around the teeth that were pulled. This made it very difficult to eat as the old partial constantly pops loose when eating. Assistant said," We should have cut these off to begin with." My teeth affect my health. Just want my dentures to look & feel good!

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of the money I paid for this denture. This is the only acceptable solution for me. I waited and waited tho none of them, except *** cared. It was inferior from the start and I expressed my displeasure. I returned repeatedly despite the great distance in an attempt to get it comfortable in my mouth. As I stated above, using the dentists words, "we cannot put it back." The boot he cut out cannot be "put back". My portion of the cost is around $700 and I want that money back so I can go somewhere else. Dr. *** can no longer do anything to satisfy me because he cannot even be mad enough to call me.

On Monday December 12, 2017, I called to make as appointment to have my teeth cleaned before the end of the year, as I was in Colorado when my appointment was scheduled and I had to cancel it.
I was told that I had a bill from the root canal that I had done in January 2017, and I could not make a appointment until this bill was paid.

This is the first I have heard that I had a bill with you. I was also, told to contact my insurance company and ask them why they did not pay what they said they would. I have never received a statement or telephone call., to this date, in regards to this, could you please let me know what is going on.
