I have been with this company for over 20 years, I keep getting letters stating that my auto bank draft is a closed account,this is not true. They charge me late fees then follow up with cancellation letters.Every time I call to get this resolved,all I get is a run around and switched from on location to another, with no resolution.

In review of this complaint we have uncovered that this is a client of a different office(agency) with and address in Creve Couer, Mo. Due to privacy I cannot give you the information because it is not my client. This person has never been insured in my office for the 2+ years I have been in business.
My office has never been at the address on the complaint. *** Please remove my name from this compliant and let the person know they have the wrong person.
