Absolutely poor service! BUYERS BEWARE! We bought a GMC Sierra at the OS location from Salesman, *** ***As part of our purchase agreement, he agreed to fix a few things around the truckThe day we got the truck, he said it'd take weeks to order the parts and have them inFew weeks pass & not hearing from him, we checked back and were told the wrong parts were ordered altogetherMONTH passes and no word! We call the sales manager after getting the run around from *** after a few more weeks and he informs us he FORGOT to order the correct partsAside from dealing with the parts, *** promised to get us in and out of the body shop on specific days, promising a loaner car, but we go up to the shop to find the only person working on the cars had no idea about anything regarding the bodywork needing done - this happened multiple timesFINALLY, the sales manager gets us in the body shop PROMISING to fix everything we agreed toHowever, we're still waiting on one door handle that was supposed to be replaced - because we would not agree to them GLUING the original back onmonths after buying the truck, and we're still battling this dealershipAgain, buyers beware!!!!!
