Which ordered him new parts then lost them 2 times so I ordered again for Stan ABC even left a voicemail  for Stan stating this and apologized for the delay. I and my installer have been trying to get a hold of Stan so we can install stans window parts but he isn't answering.   I apologize  foir this and want to take care of stan window.
