I am rejecting this response because:It's just a response- mean while collections are effecting my house purchaseAnd all I get is the same old response.If the job had been done right and the quotes were correct to begin with...I would have insurance threw themHowever when you send me a cancellation notice weeks after giving you money...then tell me its gonna be more...and that you took the liberty to put me on the new Policy....then charge me for the difference without my approval...that dont work for me...the fact you cancelled by letter for my business insurance was not only stressful...but propted me to seek out insurance from else where....nobody said..we have to cancel and replace your policy....just a cancellation and a refund....and the a new bill...for thousands moreTerrible business...I will never check with American Family Insurance for my insurance needs ever againThis has been a sickening experience....your ripping off hard working peopleAnd I personaaly after months of explaing and getting no where..am personally gonna let all the people I know just how bad you business practices areI refuse to do business with crooks and that my friend is qhat you ateNever bought a car and had them come back and charge me a thousand more than they quotedAnd damn sure never had them call and sat ooops we made a mistake...so you cant keep the car but we got another one here thats more expensive...and we had the other car repoedYOUR RESPONSES ARE TIRING...AND ARE EXTORTION...HOLDING MY CREDIT REPORT AS YOUR HOSTAGE...AS YOU TRY TO FIND WAYS TO COLLECT.MONEY IN A POLICY YOU CANCELLED THE RE-WROTE TO A WAY MORE EXPENSIVE POLICY....AND AS I SAID HAD THE JOB BEEN DONE RIGHT YOU WOULD HAVE HAD ALL.MY.POLICIES ....RESPONSES NEED TO BE ACTION...THESE BALANCES YOU THINK I OWE YOU DIDNT ....I FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD DO THE JOB....ZERO OUT MY BALANCES AND FIX IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT....THEN GO AWAY FOREVER
