Absolutely awful experiences with this agent The owner was incorrect on many aspects of my policy I had to call corporate to get my policy sorted out On top of that, the owner is an extremely rude individualWhen I inquired about my cancellation and what will be coming back to me he said, "we will throw the chips up and see where they fall"Then he said I would be lucky to get anything backVery condescending while touting how long he's been in the business He needs to be better educated on plans and policies which the company offers There are very good agents out there, he is not one of them BUYER BEWARE!I explained to Mr [redacted] that his representative explained in detail what the cancellation terms were when I signed upWhat I was told was contradicted by Mr [redacted] I told him that what he is telling me is incorrect, he stated that doesn't matterMr [redacted] struggles to communicate and if you already have a policy, he is not interested in what you have to say, he is interested in keeping your money Again, I had to go above his head and speak to corporate who ended up taking care of me the correct wayMr [redacted] was wrong in regards to the terms of my policy I can understand a mistake however, there is no reason to be rude and dismissive of a concerned customer On top of that, prior to coming into his office, I wrote emails and left one phone message and didn't receive a response Unprofessional and a very uninformed group If this review helps one person, then it was worth it! Use another agent and don't take the risk with this company Again, there are plenty of good and competent agents, this in not one of them!
