Filed a claim that was on August 8, due to hitting a pot hole and air bags deploying, the insurance company filed with the DMV that this was a collision and points were put against me on my driver's license This was not a collision and was falsely filed Mother nature made this hole that I hit This needs to be removed from my driving record immediately Had called and was told that this would be looked into and taken care of and nothing has been done
