American Family Insurance-Wes Mock

Solicited to take on new business from another Amfam agent. Wes was detailed in getting my policy numbers and what I would like as the outcome and would contact the next business day.
Next business day there was a voicemail left and he explained that his service could not help and that I should stay with current agent. Called corporate and they assisted in resolving by contacting another agent for future business.

Wes is knowledgeable and responsive. Moving here from out of state he helped transfer my home owners and auto insurance without any glitches. Protecting your assets is a big deal and its nice to know you can trust Wes in this regard. I even took out an personal umbrella policy for additional peace of mind. It's nice to have everything in one place for seamless coverage.
