Review: A [redacted] outboard motor was represented as operational. The owner stated clearly that he had observed the motor in operation. After purchased, I learned that the motor was not operational due to serious motor defects. The repair cost to make the motor operational has exceeded $400. In describing the motor the owner stated that he personally had switched the fuel to the on position; however, on later discovery, the switch was actually bypassed and was inoperative.Desired Settlement: Payment of repair costs in the amount of $400
