I joined the gym in 3/Unfortunately I had to switch jobs and needed to move out of stateI placed month cancellation notice on 5/1/as I was instructed to do when I signed up for their membershipBut manager then stated they have to charge me for billing cycle starting 5/18/I even provided copy of my lease with move in date of 6/10/17, but they still went onto charge me membership fees for month of June/July (despite knowing the fact that I was not using their gym)Assistant manager, Laura M*** was extremely rude over the phoneManager Kristina M*** wouldn't even respond to emails or phone callsI want atleast $they charged for month of June/July to be credited back to my account

I recently dealt with this company and had nothing but a positive experience in all of my interactions with them. They sell only high end products and had the best warranties available. They were helpful in outlining options for us and punctual with their appointments. I appreciated their flexibility, overall professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We recently had 5 Windows installed and were thoroughly pleased in the Installation and the meetings in handling us as Customers prior to the install. We must have enjoyed the workmanship from the Installers, Richard and Craig, as we have arranged to have them come back to install a new Patio Door now too. Canadian Comfort delivers a great product with excellent service.

I recently purchased a door from Canadian Comfort. Their process is the easiest, with knowledgeable staff with a positive attitude. I requested quotes from five (5) companies, two (2) companies chose not to respond (no response at all).

Canadian Comfort directed me to their website to select the type and style of door I wanted and to provide them with a model number. The website was easy to navigate and it was easy to select a model number. I had an estimate from Canadian Comfort within 30 minutes.

Just had all the windows in our home replaced (13). From initial sales rep visit to final test of installed windows, the experience was great.

We placed our order and ended up making a few adjustments to our choices. We visited the store to have a good look at options. [redacted] was very helpful and patient.

The 2 person crew that came to do the installation was incredibly efficient. They were done in less than 2 days. They took the time to walk through the house with me and we tested all the windows. They showed me how to remove for cleaning, etc.

Very positive experience. They came highly recommended by my father. And I would also highly recommend them.

The windows are great, provide good insulation and operate well. The service we received all along was very professional, personal and courteous (particularly from the owner, [redacted]).
Recently, one of the window operators started to rust. We contacted Canadian comfort and they have taken immediate action in contacting [redacted] and arranging for a technician to visit and replace the rusted parts to our full satisfaction.
