This matter was resolved weeks agoThe payment that was made to our company was paid via credit card, therefore we were instructed to refund it back to the same credit card (used for the down payment) rather than cut a check from our account, like the customer wanted us to do

We recently had Windows installed and were thoroughly pleased in the Installation and the meetings in handling us as Customers prior to the install We must have enjoyed the workmanship from the Installers, Richard and Craig, as we have arranged to have them come back to install a new Patio Door now too They installed the windows in a timely matter and they cleaned up everything themselves So thank you to Hank in Sales and Charles for their expertise Great work and a very satisfied Customer

Just had all the windows in our home replaced (13)From initial sales rep visit to final test of installed windows, the experience was great We placed our order and ended up making a few adjustments to our choicesWe visited the store to have a good look at options [redacted] was very helpful and patient The person crew that came to do the installation was incredibly efficientThey were done in less than daysThey took the time to walk through the house with me and we tested all the windowsThey showed me how to remove for cleaning, etc Very positive experienceThey came highly recommended by my fatherAnd I would also highly recommend them

We replaced all the windows at our home years ago (to [redacted] windows) with Canadian Comfort The windows are great, provide good insulation and operate wellThe service we received all along was very professional, personal and courteous (particularly from the owner, [redacted] ) Recently, one of the window operators started to rustWe contacted Canadian comfort and they have taken immediate action in contacting [redacted] and arranging for a technician to visit and replace the rusted parts to our full satisfaction I strongly recommend Canadian comfort to anyone who considers windows replacement

Canadian Comfort delivers a great product with excellent service I recently purchased a door from Canadian ComfortTheir process is the easiest, with knowledgeable staff with a positive attitudeI requested quotes from five (5) companies, two (2) companies chose not to respond (no response at all) Canadian Comfort directed me to their website to select the type and style of door I wanted and to provide them with a model numberThe website was easy to navigate and it was easy to select a model numberI had an estimate from Canadian Comfort within minutes The employees at Canadian Comfort were enthusiastic, polite, professional and provided excellent serviceThank you! It was a very busy time for us and there was a mix up with start date. The fence was installed a couple weeks ago and the customer stated she's very pleased with everything!

AMERICAN FENCE CO.

Hired them to install a fence. They installed half the fence and then realized they didn't have the proper materials for a portion of the fence that was on a hill. They were completely aware of the hill and should have know (they are a fencing contractor) what was need to complete the job. They told me they would order the materials and have them in a couple days. Weeks later they tell me the materials needed will be arriving and they schedule the completion of the fence. They are scheduled to complete the fence at 10:00 AM on a Thursday. They do not show up at 10:00, do not call me, nothing. Finally at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon the installer shows up and ask if Jeff (salesman) has contacted me. I told him no he has not. The installer then proceeds to tell me the materials that they have been promising for weeks are on their way are actually not available! When I confront the salesman on the situation he becomes rude, unprofessional.
