This company is less than the "professional" in their title A salesman came out and gave us our quote, which was very fair We waited several weeks to pull the trigger, but once we did, it was nothing but downhill First, our salesman claimed he did not receive email correspondence, not once, but twice From there we went to the owner, aired our frustration, and he assured us he would take care of the problem He gave us a work date and when it got to the Friday before and I didn't get confirmation, I decided to follow up myself I called him, he answered and said he would get back to me after a meeting No one ever showed for our job and the owner still has yet to call me back

Great company. I needed my fence repaired and I got a few quotations from other fence companies. The other companies came out and told me I needed a brand new fence. The salesperson came out and said that I could prolong the life of my fence by simply replacing the rotted posts. I felt a sense of trust when I dealt with the salesperson for this company so I hired them. The crew was a bunch of friendly guys. They were meticulously neat when it came to my garden and other plants. They replaced my fence posts and restored my fence much better than I could have expected. They went above and beyond with the clean up and even adjusted my door for me which wasn't part of the contract. I would definitely use these guys again for future work and if anyone needs a great fence company, hands down, these are the guys to hire!

We have had American Fence Professionals to our home three different times to fix our wooden fence posts that have seen better days. The first was in 2008, the most recent was in 2015. The fixes ranged in price from $345-$850. We were very happy with the work that was completed each time. They rescheduled even when we couldn't be there the day they were scheduled to come. Our complaint comes after they left this last time. About three days later while my husband was mowing the lawn, he noticed an area of grass that had hardened. The team had been mixing the concrete here. When I called the sales rep to report the damage, he recommended I wash it down and take a pick to it. I washed it down, but was not willing to damage my own lawn with a pick. The concrete was hardened and needed more attention. For two weeks I continued to make several calls and sent emails with pictures of the lawn but never got a response nor an apology. Nothing. At this point it's not even the extra time we have to take or the expense of fixing the lawn, just disappointed with the poor customer service.
