I have had three experiences with Bob's Appliance - all very positiveFirst learned of him via *** Power issue dealing with their Claims DepartmentHe was tasked with assessment of damage and cost effectiveness of repair/replaceLater he was called for two issues with two different frigsIn every case, the two of them call back, schedule an appointment, appear at the correct time, make recommendations for repairs with optionsFinally, they were always efficient, fair in price, and honest in their dealingsThe exact image of the best of repair peopleI remain impressed and keep their phone number handy
