We will gladly come take the fence down, If he is that unhappy with the workPlease communicate with AF instead of slandering us on our website and Revdex.com Avoiding contact and filing a Cease and desist is only avoidance of payment We have an e-mail stating you are going to do the pergola himself, he was never invoiced for that We have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and satisfies million of dollars in contracts annually Not once in the past have we been told the fence was backwards, this is new news to us The bill was reduced by $to try and correct any issues, that deal is off the table and we will collect the full amount in Small claims court/plus slander compensationJust PAY THE BILL!

American Fence Company takes pride in our quality workmanship and customer service. We have made every effort to communicate, correct and complete the projects we were contracted to perform. Mr. [redacted] signed a contract for a new fence, he refused the pergola quote. He made a side arrangement with...

one of our employees to build the pergola after hours and on the weekend. This releases AF of all liability regarding the pergola. Yes, we inadvertently removed a few posts that were strung together by wire. Once that error was recognized that portion was replaced and rebuilt by AF; looking better than before the demo. The other 3 sides of the fence were built to spec and looks great! All changes or corrections desired to the fence were completed during the building process as requested by the customer. The additional “problems” with the fence were only brought to our attention once the project was complete and payment was to be made. We made several phone calls regarding payment, even offering a $1500 credit to try and resolve issues with this customer. Again, after not receiving payment we called and were told a Cease and Desist was filed and to not call and harass him again. How can we communicate and resolve issues when we have been told to not contact him? NO PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. The owner of AF, [redacted] personally called to resolve the customers complaints, but was unable to get any valid reasons for payment refusal. When asked repeatedly "What can AF do to make you happy?" the only response from the customer given was I DON'T KNOW.   AF filed a lien on 6-21-07 Next step, Small Claims Court. Calling to collect $ owed is standard business practices, not harassment.  I believe this is a case of trying to get something for nothing.  AF has been in business since 1964 and have completed multimillion dollar projects without issues. It is becoming clear that AF cannot make this customer happy, and he is looking for reasons to not pay for the services provided.

Firm states that they have fixed the gate numerous times and she was told that it needed to be kept closed. They went by there and it was open again. They cannot keep going back since she won't keep it closed.
