Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] His response is accurate accept he forgot the to times we had called or stopped by his office with either no response or no one there ( at LEAST to times per week)When we did final get ahold of Mr [redacted] we offered a compromise payment of $This fence was a replacement to keep my small dogs in the yard yet I had to go buy additional fencing to keep them from crawling out under the fence.Installing a drop rod, I think, should be part of the fence, so you should be ashamed to try and say that was an extra trip The hardware installed is barely functioning ,meaning it will not close and stay closedI would think on such a small job they decent working hardware would be usedI have stated ,since the completion that I was not happy with the work ,the uneven fencing and just a general feeling that the owner did not care, especially in the way he responded to my repeated phone calls, most of which were unansweredI have dealt with this company for my first fence some years ago and was very surprised in the way we were treated this timeWhy did he never respond to our compromise offers and instead go by my property and remove my front gate? We are and were willing to settle if we could compromise the difference , but this gentleman seems to want to just go and take a gate off my property ,instead of doing the right thing and calling me to talk about the situation? On March 29th 2016, I was called by *** *** of *** *** *** *** for an estimate to replace their 3’ spaced picket fence in the front yardI went to the site on March 30th and was asked to quote both a PVC fence and a wood replacement that would be paintedThese quotes were
produced and emailed to this customer the same dayI was then asked to produce another quote for a board style fence which was again completed and sent the same day.I heard back from this customer on June 30th and was given a deposit of $towards an $total. She was told it would be 4-weeks before work would start. When work was started July 26, 2016, within quoted lead time, we were asked to make some changes as to placement of gates and which direction they would swing. Work was completed and the customer asked to switch the way the gates swing back to the way it was originally designedWe again went back to the site made these changes on Aug 1, Also during my own review of my guy’s work I had them make additional modifications so esthetically it would look satisfactory to my standards.As I explained to the customer, to produce these changes especially switching gate hardware would leave added holes in posts. Work was finally completed and another Invoice of $was sent on Sept 9thBalance less $deposit.On Sept29th, after multiple calls to follow up for payment, I received an email from this customer explaining her displeasure with the time it took for work to be completed and workmanshipI called her to discuss and she said that she had someone come over and cold patch an area for $and another adjustment on gate hardware was made for $I asked her to produce copies of these receipts and I would consider deducting from the Final Invoice = $860.80. These were never producedNO CHANGE TO BILLING!On Nov 2nd, after I again sent request for payment I received an email saying that she was working to get me a receipt for work she had done. With no contact from this customer on Dec 7th, sent another invoice. Then on Dec 22nd I received the Revdex.com notice. I have a signed contract, worked diligently to satisfy this customer on many occasionsBetween myself and my installers I count being on site over timesChanges to any approved design usually incur cost changes We never added any increased charge for any of this work. Yet I still have not received payment for what was originally agreed on in customer signed contractI feel I did all I could personally and as owner of this company to make this customer happy and complete the project as designed

When we did final get ahold of Mr. [redacted] we offered a compromise payment of $430. This fence was a replacement to keep my small dogs in the yard yet I had to go buy additional fencing to keep them from crawling out under the fence.Installing a drop rod, I think, should be part of the fence, so you should be ashamed to try and say that was an extra trip.  The hardware installed is barely functioning ,meaning it will not close and stay closed. I would think on such a small job they decent working hardware would be used.
