correspondence from the company. The company Does Not Telemarket. The company receives referrals from various sources and if one of these sources is violating this individuals' rights then the company takes this allegation very serious. To date we have let all referral sources know to immediately remove this individual from any contact profile and remove them from their contact list. We can not control any referral partners outside our network and we believe that this individual could have opted in on line with out their conscious knowledge and further would assess that if this individual went through additional conversations they would be directed to other companies as well that accept referrals. We recommend after the first unwanted call from any entity that the recipient block the call. If the problem continues on our behalf then we will refer it to our legal department to forward a cease and desist and any other correspondence necessary at our company expense to the violating referral source to stop and eliminate any possibility of  continued contact. We sincerely understand the uncomfortableness of continued calls and value all of our prospects, clients and the rights of individuals to be left alone and their rights to opt-out.
