Aloha:Sorry about the not responding to the first notice (I never got that one), but Ijust today got this second notice.Please be advised that this complaint is a total baffle to meThese clients never even took the vehicle off the lotThey changed their minds minutes after all the paper work
was done While writing up the contract it was explained to them about the $300/depositIt was explained (as it is to EVERYONE) that this is just a holdWe do not take that money out of their account It is on hold WITH THEIR BANK as a authorizationIt was also explained to them that it was NOT up to us to release that moneyIt was up to their bank to release that money.Usually it takes anywhere from one day to three days (or sometimes even longer) for THEIR bank to release the money They couldn't understand this concept and we had to go over it several times so they would realize that WE HAD NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH RELEASING THAT MONEYWE NEVER TOOK THAT MONEY OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNTTHEIR BANK WAS HOLDING ITWe deal with hundredsof people every month for the past years and we always explain the same things to all of them Unfortunately, there are always a few who just don't get it!The $"excess fee" is a deductable on the insuranceThis is only if there is an accident or damage and it only goes up to $before the insurance kicks inIf the damage is less than $then that amount is deductedIf the damage is more than $then our insurance kicks inI think that is the same around the world?Ithink this person was under the impression that we were trying to cheat her or steal her identity? She insisted on taking not only the copy of the receipt for the deposit ($300) but she also took the original after we showed it to her to prove her bank had the moneyShe said she didn't want us to have any of her information and she also crossed out everything on the contract even after she saw us put a big X through the contractWe snatched the contract before she could grab it because we have to account for all contracts (they are all numbered).I am very sorry about their distrust, but we did not in any way do anything wrongWe were very courteous and businesslike

I have never heard from  America Fine arts.  My original request was for sizes and prices on the jellyfish.  I talked to a Phil.  I was never invited to come to the studio...I live in Ft. Lauderdale.All I wanted is to buy one of the jellyfish but I needed to know the size and price.  Phil advised that he would send a price list.  Never came, I emailed him 4 times no response.  So don't be "baffled" this was my only avenue to get a response.  Tell me how can I get information on the [redacted] jellyfish?  Why is this so hard for you all? I am looking for jellyfish approximately. 10 ''.  Can I get pictures of any of the jellies that meet this request?  Eager for your response.Seems to me some training on Customer Service would be appropriate.[redacted] [redacted]

one-of-a-kind works of art, availability is ever changing. There is no “price list” as she is requesting.   Ms. [redacted] is not a client of the gallery,  I am a little baffled by this "complaint" even being initiated but I hope this clarifies the matter. As discussed by phone, please make sure that if any future complaints are filed you email them to this email or contact us by phone so that we can address it.  The email you had on file, despite previous conversations, is not an active email. Thank You, Courtney H[redacted]American Fine Art

Review: On 5/5 of this year I purchased an original Chagall lithograph from this gallery and had it shipped to my home in North Carolina at a cost of $3700. After receiving the art work The salesman said I would receive letters of authenticity in a few weeks. After waiting a month I have yet to get them. I have repeatedly called AFA-4 times in the last 5 days-with no response from them. They are ignoring my call back requests. I am hoping that you would be able to step in and help me in this matter. I will not be returning to Arizona from North Carolina any time soon and I will not be happy until I receive my promised papers. Thanks for your quick response in this matter [redacted] ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like the letters of Authenticity sent to me ASAP and a phone call from the gallery explaining the delay in returning my phone calls.
