Review: I called for an appointment with [redacted] to give me an estimate for mold remediation. The appointment was rescheduled twice. When [redacted] finally came out he took pictures and wanted to be left alone in my basement. I never left him alone in the basement because he was only there to give me an estimate for the work. I never got a written estimate of the work and called several times to get the estimate.Desired Settlement: I still need a written estimate from this company since they took information from me to do an estimate.

We received a request from [redacted] on April **, 2014 to visit her home for the purpose of estimating a mold remediation job. We participate in the Travelers Insurance Company referral program and that is how [redacted] got our name. Our [redacted] visited [redacted]'s home on May *, 2014 and performed an inspection. Our [redacted] did not see any mold. It is not possible for us to write an estimate without observing the condition that needs remediation. We suggested [redacted] hire an [redacted] who is charged with testing the premises for mold, reporting their findings, and then if mold is found that needs to be remediated, writing a scope of work which we then can estimate the cost of performing. Since no mold was observed and no scope was presented, we cannot prepare an estimate. Our [redacted] informed [redacted] back in May that we would be passing on this job because of our not seeing any mold and no wri tten protocol. We never heard from [redacted] again until June **, 2014 when she emailed asking for her estimate. Our [redacted] spoke with [redacted] on July *, 2014 when she returned a call he had made to her in response to her email of June [redacted] and a call to our answering service on June [redacted]. She was confused in that call and told our [redacted] her name was [redacted] and then she said her name was [redacted]. Our [redacted] asked her "is this [redacted]?" At that point she paused and had to think about it. She then asked him why he called her. He then explained to her that she had called him at which time she became agitated. She then said forget it and hung up on our [redacted]. We never heard from her again. No fee was charged for our services.
