I am rejecting this response because: I was told to arrive sharp to the "New Hope houses" on September 17th and got there at I asked the security guard there and he said NO ONE was there for the classI checked again at and still no one was thereI arrived at the time, date and place you told meI was not late at allThe only way I could have missed the class was because you gave me wrong instructionsI still have everything written down by you on the folder

As you stated there are no refunds.. I have a roster of the class that took place when you stated the office was closed.. unfortunately if you show up late we are locking the doors.. we are dealing with firearms and every second of every class is important... therefore you wouldve needed to...

reschedule  Lateness is not tolerated..17 other students were on time.. there' no excuse..as far as contacting us we have 2 office numbers 2 email addresses and you have my personal number ...  Unfortunately you failed too mention that we had spoken and I clearly told you I would reschedule you but a refund was not an option. We set aside range time, ammunition and safety equipment are reserved for your experience. If you fail to show that is soley your responsibility not the Academy's. You will never lose a dollar with us as long as you are willing to finish what you started..
