Repossessed a rental car, I was not leasing or renting to own, just renting car from a rental companyRan behind on the monthly payment and could not get in contact with the rental company at all by phoneThis company towed the car from one of my cleaning Jobs and it had my purse, cell phones, money, cleaning tools and cleaning suppliesCharging $first day which they picked up late in the day and $a dayWhy am I having to pay for my personal items which is now up to $I received one call from the rental company just to say give them a call in which I did But of course they never ever answer the oneNo company and no one should ever be able to hold and claim your personal property for ransomWhen the company could have left me a message saying pay today or we will pick it upThey are all crooks working together to make our lives more stressing than it already is and to have a reason to claim others personal propertyWho cane up with these crook laws inLA?

American Asset recovery is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt withI am employed with a luxury car dealership who has given this company plenty of business over the last few yearsRecently my car was repossessed over a court orderI have made numerous phone calls to the owner and left messages for her to call me back yet somehow she is always in a meeting or stepped out of the officeThe company has refused to release my personal property without charging me for a SECOND key and inventory chargeThey have also attempted to charge me a bag fee and a storage fee if I don't provide them with two keysI have explained that not only has my company given them business but that I do not possess two keys to the vehicleThe owner has not called me back in daysOriginally when I called the company, an employee gave me incorrect information that the vehicle was repossessed by the lien holderI asked her three times to verify this information and she confirmed with me that the loan company put out the order and confirmed if they didn't order a repossession they would release the carNot until a representive of the loan company called their office did the owner talk to them and give them the correct information, that the cosignor obtained a court order to repossess the vehicleThe company is blackmaling me to give them what the cosignor has asked of them, and will not release my personal property without two keys or $to replace the second key plus the "inventory" feeThese people are theives and have a shady business practice

This company towed the car from one of my cleaning Jobs and it had my purse, cell phones, money, cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. Charging $95 first day which they picked up late in the day and $20 a day. Why am I having to pay for my personal items which is now up to $155. I received one call from the rental company just to say give them a call in which I did
But of course they never ever answer the one. No company and no one should ever be able to hold and claim your personal property for ransom. When the company could have left me a message saying pay today or we will pick it up. They are all crooks working together to make our lives more stressing than it already is and to have a reason to claim others personal property. Who cane up with these crook laws in. LA?
