Buyer Beware!! Pay it off in 90 days or they charge you 3 TIMES the cost!
I purchased a Bosch French door refrigerator from American first Finance on October 7th of
2022 the purchase price was $2,115.97 and according to the contract I had until January to
make payments and then pay the balance off by January otherwise I would have to pay an
additional $65%, however the transaction document which I will be attaching shows that on
January 19th of 2023 they increased my balance owed to $4,460.36 which to me appears to be more than 200% of what I owed and seems over the amount the contract States but I do admit. As of today I have had over $6000 deucted from my account which is criminal to say the least DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! IF YOU CANT PAY IT OFF IN 90 DAYS TRUST ME! READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN! HAVE THEM EXPLAIN IT TO YOU BEFORE SIGNING! Peace and blessings buyer.
This business is sneaky and not very upfront about anything. You can contact them easily enough but be prepared not to get anything explained. I contacted them at one point to find out how much I had left to pay off. I had been paying about 8 months at this point. 150 a month on a thousand dollar mattress. They said my balance was 1080. I hadn't even made a dent. I was jobless for a bit and missed two payments. I finally start getting a paycheck again and am working on catching up. I check my bank balance and a $300 check has only six left. My account was auto drafted for two late payments. The company says its in your contract. You mean that piece of paper I signed that was never explained and the copy I got was hard to even read. Just don't deal with these people.

I purchased furniture through a company in August and American First Finance was issued as the third party lender payments were scheduled for months same as cash Upon reviewing American First Finance, I had discovered that in months the amount financed would be doubledFortunately I paid off the amount, however it seems criminal to somehow be able to up charge double the amount in months Where do they get that interest rate? Perhaps it was a combination of shady dealings with the furniture store as wellRegardless upon paying the early payoff, my account immediately closed out and would no longer allow me to access any information regarding the payoff or the late payoff amount By all accounts this is dishonest business I urge you to use extreme caution when dealing with this lender if not all together avoiding them

FYI they Deducted a payment the first month without my authorization and did not even give me any credit on my account towards my purchasewow!!! Not kidding
The company has been very quick to try to resolve issues, however, the issues are constant American First Finance will draft your account at any given time They have had to credit my account different times for overdraft fees and other mishaps Not sure what is really going on with their processes, but I am paying them off this week so that this will not happen again I am displeased with this company for that reason Its nice to have a company to purchase items in a pinch, but when you have to fax and seek refunds it is very time consuming Yes, the interest rate is ridiculous........The customer service is not bad I believe that this company has a poor financial monitoring system that is creating all of these issues
Not even star this is the worst company you could ever deal with..I returned my leased items and they still call saying I owe them.will be contacting a lawyer for harassment on paying for items I No longer have
