Insulation all over my house Charged for them cleaning my couches they left exposed taking down light fixtures they didn't delayed getting invoice First off, they didn't contain the area they were taking downFiberglass was everywhere in my house and the vents were even left exposedI was told they would clean my couches due to them messing up and they charged me for itAsked for the invoice multiple times to be sent to my insurance adjuster and they never didInstead, they sent it to us by mail TWO WEEKS AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETEDThey also charged for taking down light fixtures they did not which is apparent because I have pictures of after they did the work and even now my light fixtures are still present on my ceilingThey left equipment in my home for over a week and honestly probably charged me for it when they were not in use or plugged inI called them multiple times to have my invoice sent over and to have their equipment picked up and finally after a week they came

We had a horrible experience with Steamy Concepts in Phoenix (even though based out of Tucson), which in the end, left our expensive, beige, belgian linen couch ruined and covered in orange spots
The field manager for Steamy Concepts, ***, came to clean our couch and seemed to do a wonderful jobInitially he was polite, timely, and we were offered a great price to clean our sectional couchUnfortunately, not too long after our first cleaning, we noticed a few strange spotsThinking perhaps we had unknowingly spilled something, we decided it was time to have them back out to clean a second time Initially they sent a team out, who quoted us a price nearly times our original charge - never notifying us of a price increase - so we cancelled the appointment
They then responded by sending the same manager, ***, out to clean our couch at a similar price as our initial price, and he left us feeling satisfied with a job well doneWe followed his instructions to allow the cushions to dry overnight (again), and everything seemed ok the following dayAgain, as days went by, we started to notice discoloration throughout the entire couchThe issue began to worsen, and after a couple of months, we asked the manager to come out and as the situation
Upon arrival and inspection, he acknowledged the discoloration, and in fact mentioned that he had seen the same spots during the second cleaningWe tossed around ideas on what the cause could be, and after looking at the interior lining of the cushions (for the very first time), he decided that they must have bled throughHe wasn't sure what could be done, but said he would contact the owner and discuss the matter
We waited several weeks to hear from him and finally my wife followed up herselfThey played phone tag for additional weeks when he finally told her nothing could be doneEnd of storySorry
We were out of town at the time, but upon arriving home, my wife and I both looked at the couch (which had again worsened), and I then contacted the company dissatisfied with their response and asking them to reconsiderAfter several conversations with the office manager, ***, (the owner would not take our calls), the same conclusion was determined *** was very nice and understood our position but in the end said it's the owner's decisionUnfortunately, neither *** nor the Owner took the time to come and see the couch after we asked repeatedly, they said they do not do that They simply claimed that it was not their fault, and the only reimbursement they would offer was a $refund
Clearly, we are not the experts on upholstery cleaning, and felt that we should have been issued a warning if they saw there was a chance of the lining bleeding throughIf you work for the company, especially if you are the MANAGER, should you not be able to identify that issue the first time you see it, rather than treating the spot again? Doesn't your company have insurance to protect the consumer when you are the ones at fault and damage the customers property? These are all questions we wished we had answered before we decided to use this unqualified company, one that we would never recommend anyone else use

Steamy concepts is trying to bill me $for a tarp put on our roof
On 9/9/we discovered water leaking from the ceiling of our homeI called a company by the name of Royalty Renovation and asked for a roofer and they send they would send oneA little while later a representative from Steamy concepts showed upi never heard of Steamy Concepts or called them in the first placeThe rep said he would evaluate the water damage and file an insurance claim although I did not want to file a claimHe then proceeded to bring in fans, air cleaners, and dehumidifiers all the while refusing to answer questions about cost and give me an estimateI told him I called for a roofer and then he proceeded to call a roofer to come by the houseEverything about the whole process was almost secretive in terms of cost, but after a very frustrating conversation I agreed to all them to leave one fan for hours also to cut away the damaged portion of the ceiling so it could dry

I am very disappointed with this service I hired Steamy Concepts to clean three area rugs, and the technician was completed with all three in under minutes The lack of thoroughness has left me with all three not smelling or feeling clean at all They actually feel rough to walk on in bare feet, which they did not before the service

They were quick to responding to the water damage in our homeGreat company and workers were extremely professional, *** ***, *** and ErnestoThey did their job in a timely manner and respectful of our property and concernsWe have just hired their sister company Royalty renovation in hopes of the same experience

Company ignored my specific instructions and put drying fans in locations that were not authorized by meNow they want payment

Review: On June 27, 2014 I called the American Flag Storage reservation center 877 -876-4647 and reserved a unit at 1015 Southpark Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127 Phone:(336) 785-2361 because I was moving from Charlotte to Winston Salem for a tempoary job.I arrived at the unit the same day, signed my lease with Jay L[redacted], He did say that he had just sprayed the unit for pests!! As I started to unload my belonging into the storage unit# [redacted] I saw bugs crawling on the inside of the unit, since my car was loaded with personal belongings I decided to just put items in the storage unit that were in plastic storage containers. The following week when I returned from Charlotte I noticed that the door on the unit aside of mine was open with nothing in it, I then noticed a few more bugs in my unit. I then decided no to put anything more into my unit. After one week I moved all my belonging out of the unit on Friday July 4th, I took pictures of the moss and molding growing on the bottom of the door. I stopped at the office, but it was closed. After cleaning out my unit I had the trough some items away like all my paper products, paper towels, paper plates, all my spices, from salt, pepper, ect. I had to thoroughly clean my containers and other kitchen items with bleach.I had to through away about 40 dollars in kitchen supplys and about 10 dollars in bleach and items for cleaning my other stuff, plus spend all day cleaning my belongings. I called the local storage unit on Monday 7-7-2014 at[redacted] and spoke to Jay the manage about this. His reply was to contact my insurance company. My items were not damaged by natural causes, they were damaged by neglect from the owners and managers for not controling a pest issue.I made a total of four calls to rectify the issue and I received no calls back.1. 7-7-2014 - I called the storage unit directly at [redacted] and told Jay about the issue with the bugs and that I had taken everything out of my unit. His response again was to call my insurance company about it.2. 7-10-2014 I called the Reservation center 877 -876-4647 about my issue and I was told that that will contact the area manager about this.3. 7-21-2014- I called the Reservation center again 877 -876-4647 and spoke with Rhonda. She said that she had emailed the manager about this last week and would re email her again. 4. 7-24-2014- After no responses I found out that the Lampe management company managers and of owns the American Flag storage so I called them at [redacted]. The lady was very apologetic and said she would contact the area manager.I am asking for 68.75 dollars, 25.75 for partial rent of the unit, 30 dollars for items I had to through away and 12 dollars for cleaning supplies to sanitize what I could save. Thanks [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am asking for 68.75 dollars, 25.75 for partial rent of the unit, 30 dollars for items I had to through away and 12 dollars for cleaning supplies to sanitize what I could save. Thanks Ron
