In accordance with our warranty policy, we have made repairs on this product at no expense to the user. In the spirit of good customer service, our technical service manager has contacted the customer and given them her contact information.

We received a call from the Perlick corporation. The machine is now in current working order. However, I requested a new box and did not receive one. If you bought a car and on the first day you drove it home and the motor stopped working you would want a new car not a new motor. You might even want your money back all together and to get a different brand.
We ordered a NEW BOX that was supposed to be in working order. The box we got was not in working order. So from the very first moment we could actually use our draft system it was already a rebuild.
We are not satisfied and do not accept the companies efforts to rectify the situation. Which have amounted to us getting one persons contact information. ( should the box break AGAIN)
