Horrible experience. Please be very careful about the people you hire to work in your home. Make sure background and reference checks have been conducted on all the people that work in your home. We were very sorry we made such a big mistake hiring American Floor Masters (also known as Top Tier Flooring). Without getting too specific, (for legal reasons)I would urge you to never consider hiring this company.

Review: Did a horrible job. They scratched my stairs from sanding, stained my carpet with stain, the stain is light and dark and doesn't match other areas, the poly is suppose to be semi-gloss but it is dull and looks flat. They told me that the scratches on my stairs are a result from me getting a dark stain and the dark edges around all of the sides of the hardwood floors is a look that I may have wanted because some people want that look. Well I did not want that look!Desired Settlement: I want a refund in order to have my hardwood floors re-done the proper way.
