Hello, We spoke to the customer over the phone and in an email, she told us both times to hold the order until we receive more in stockThe reason we did not combine the order was because they were processed at two different times on two different days by the time we
realized that she had placed two orders we had already send the first order outOnce she called and told us she did not want the fish anymore we told her it was to late the fish had been shipped outShe was satisfiedLater the day she emails us telling us she changed her mind and then sends us a doctored email saying that she told us she wanted a refundWhen I looked for her email in our records we found the email that in fact said she wanted to wait until they are back in stockAttached is a copy of her fake email and the email from our recordIf you look carefully you can see the difference in font where she added the “rerun my money portionShe even changed thes date to make it seem as if it was a different email.we do not appreciate her lieing to us and sending us fake emails, maybe if she admired it was her mistake we could have come to a comprise but now that she tried committing fraud, per our warranty, we do not serve the right to continue services with this customer. aquariumfish.net

I do not see any attachments to this message, so I can’t see what you are talking aboutYes, you spoke to me over the phone in late January, and I originally said to hold the order, but I later emailed you on February 1st at 7:07am saying, “…Yes if you don't have a Topaz/Ceylon Puffer then please credit my card back.” When I called last week and you told me the fish was already shipped out, I was not satisfiedYou simply said there was nothing you could do… I then emailed you later that day asking for a refund on the shipping portion, and even said I’d generously pay for the fish that you should not have sent meYou would not even refund the shippingAt that point, I expected a full refund for your mistakeI did not doctor an email, I sent you a screenshot of the original email, so it would aid you in finding the email in your systemI will forward you this actual email, instead of the screenshot of the email you called fake You’re accusing me of fraud and of being a liarThis is not what I would expect from a respectable businessYou made a mistakeIt’s okay to admit itI expect you to correct your mistake and issue a refund as well as an apology

I wanted to clarify that we did indeed fix the problem with the buyerwe issued him a full refund on the order (See attached document for proof of refund) within 1 day of his orderHe apparently continued to send the dispute with the Revdex.com days after the Refund was issued
I hope that we can do something about this since a full refund was more than what the desired Settlement was in the customers complaintI see it not fair that when the issue occurred no one gave us a call back for us to fight the complaint before it being published, and now it is published with no way of it being reversed, when we did everything we could to make this customer happyPlease let me know if there is anything else needed and we will gladly cooperate. *** *** Director of Business Development
