This business claims to be a licensed OSHA certified business. Although there are various safety concerns open rooftops, visible pipes, dim lighting, and unauthorized credit card charges. Before even getting certified they are quick to take their fee which is extremely high and once payment was authorized they didn't inform me of other license options that is required through vigorous training. Upon leaving this cold dark dank shelter they refused to refund and give me the better license option that includes training. The certificate I received had no instruction along with it and they popped in an old 30min video. Customer service was terrible the representative kept asking me questions throughout my exam.
