We used this title company in with a VA-backed mortgage They neglected to include a tax on the deed to the house we were purchasing We received a notice from the Auditor of the State of Florida, after three years, telling us that we owe the tax and interest the taxable amount We had no idea at closing that this had been omitted After contacting them (it's take about three weeks) they agreed to pay a PART of the amount, and we have to pay the rest I would NEVER send ANYONE to this title company for ANYTHING!!

Review: The title company collected my fee from the borrower who signed VA loan documents; however, they failed to forward that fee to my for my services, which was an agreed upon contract. They have failed to respond to all but one of my emails. I have sent emails for request for information and payment on October 11th, October 14th, October 28th, and November 5th. On October 14th, they replied, "I have tagged your invoice and should go out next time I cut checks, sorry we only do checks once or twice a month." However, I have not received payment as of today's date. I am drafting a letter to be sent by certified mail today.Desired Settlement: Honor the contract made on September 4, 2014, and forward the payment that you received for me out of escrow.
