We spoke to customer and resolved the Issue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ? Yes I got aggravated because the manager was not very helpful and was not listening and kept on saying we cannot refundI got aggravated for letting myself get scammed by your business? $covers a lifetime furnace cleaning and the amount of the UV unit? I agreed to $because of the lifetime service not the unit? Since the company's staff did not service our furnace correctly, I basically wasted $so $is not enoughThis is just plain ripoff.We can look at the service contract because I made the sales guy write the agreement on paper regarding yearly cleaning, filter replacements, UV unit service.I'm asking for $refund because basically this is not even enough to cover the lifetime service that we agreed on? I am willing to leave $behind for your unit that's not working most of the time? Since I'm only asking for half of the refund, you have to replace this unit with a working one.So please, let's resolve this issue and work with me because I am the customer Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is impossible to pull the blower motor out of the furnace without affecting the condensation pipe.? Sending your buddy out to glue it back together is not 'not touching it'? If you knew what you were doing you would know that you pulled and turned the pipe to remove the motor.? A 3-year old could look inside the furnace and see how you did what you did.? Your insurance company conducted no investigation.? They simply took your friend's word.? I will take pictures of the inside of the furnace which will clearly demonstrate how full of BS your claim that you did not touch the pipe is.? You can lie all you want, but no rational person would believe your story given all the facts and your companies reputation to begin with.? Sincerely, [redacted]

We tried to talk the customer we explained about the service , the customer did not want to listen to us and hang up the phone on us.? We don't think we need to refund any money back as the service was performed and completedBut we are willing to Refund $ ? ? Please respond you us so we can resolve this complaint ? They are just going to let their insurance company fight with my insurance company.? So be it.? I just want to make as many people aware of this sham business as possible.? We Spoke to the Customer on 2/3/regarding the complaint and she gave us call back on 2/5/informing us the resolution we provided to her was fare and she is happy with it We have resolved this complaint and gave partial discount on the job Thank you, American Fresh Air

We spoke to customer and Gave partial Refund And Resolved the Issue thank you, American Fresh Air

Hi , We performed a job for [redacted] on 10/20/The service included cleaning his Air Ducts and vacuuming the Furnace and Installing a FilterDuring the job we cleaned out the blower but did not touch the condensation pipeThe customer called us on the 11/11/to complain about a water leak and automatically put the fault on our companySo as a courtesy we sent a 3rd party technician to take a look at the issue and to determine the problemAt the time of the inspection, there was no water damage that was observed or visible The 3rd party technician did notice a faulty installation of the condensation pipe, because there was no glue on the fitting, which can lead to some water leakage The company that did the installation needs to take responsibility for the faulty install, not us because we had not part in installing the furnace The customer then proceed to make a claim with our insurance The insurance company conducted a inspection and investigation into the claim They took down reports from all parties and made a decision on the claim If the insurance denied his claim, it is because they found no evidence that we were at fault Therefore we are not taking responsibility of this claim Thank you, American Fresh Air
