I have been a customer for about 8 yrs. Love the quality and convenience. We have our favorites and love that they are packaged in the perfect servings. I keep coming back year after year. It's wonderful the truck pulls up and loads my freezer. I stand there and check off my list. No trip to the market. The best way to fill a freezer and tons of choices.
Complaint: [redacted] I do not believe that the company strives to comply with Do Not Call requirements because I have received several calls, even after I informed them that I am on the list I have also seen similar complaints posted on the internet The company's management should comply with the Do Not Call law, instead of just training its telemarketers on how to respond to people who complain about being illegally called Sincerely, [redacted] ***
first off we was told american frozen foods was Revdex.com accredited by salesmanTHEY ARE NOTwe figured we paid approximately dollars a pound for the roadkill we receivedhamburg was almost pure white and was like eating a hockey pucksteak varied in color from red to brown and some freezer burntthe vegetables were just plain awfulthe vacuum packaging did not hold for long on most of the productsdid send some stuff back to exchange but got more garbage to replace itfolk,s go to your local meat marketyou get alot more for your money and im sure it will be much better than the roadkill we received from american frozen foodsWARNING DO NOT BUY HERE IT IS POOR QUALITY FOOD AT A VERY HIGH PRICE

We.just had a presentation done in our home by your representative Mark A [redacted] he was very professional and did not push us any way to buy your products! Which we appreciated! U our home is to small for the freezer at this time! If in the future we can find room we will definitely call on you! Thank you!

American frozen foods has been the best thing to happen to my grocery shopping! I literally walk out with 3 bags of groceries knowing I don't have to stress bc I have a great variety of all natural high quality meats at home. I have been enjoying their meats for close to 6 years and the convenience of the service and quick defrost makes my busy family life so much easier! The customer service is always pleasant and very quick to help out if I have a question or need something! The freezer is amazing, with all the bells and whistles you could ask for! Great company, great quality, great meats!
