Me and my husband purchased a couch set from here on Nov 3rdWe were informed the delivery would take weeks, maybe longerHis exact words were "weeks is what they tell us to say." After weeks we decided to call to check the status of our orderWe were told our couchs would be delivered to the store by ThursdayThursday comes and we do not receive a call, and we had to wait to until Monday to call because it was ThanksgivingI called on Monday asking to setup a delivery time and I'm told I will get a call when my couches arrive in the storeLast week (Dec3rd) I did not get a chance to call and check on my orderToday is Dec 10th and it has officially been one month and one week since we spent over $in this storeI tried to call corporate but it turns out there is another store with the same name with multiple locationsI have called at least times today and still no answerI sent a message to the store via Google to see if that yields any resultBefore purchasing from this store be prepared to experience something similar and read the Google reviewsI am one of several people who report their poor customer service when it comes to delivery or pickupI will eventually go to the store myself this week to see what the hold up is because, they refuse to tell me otherwiseIt is not worth the troubleI am pregnant and sitting on the floor gets harder each day

Receieved rocker recliner.Within two weeks there was problem with the springs Youcould hear ths sound of the springs where you rocked
I called the company (***) about six timesI talked to several sales clerks about the issues with the springs of my recliner which developed two weeks after receipt Each said they would talk to the manager and get back to me The last person said the manager was in a meeting but would call me after it was over
I never got a call back They say no exchanges or refunds--but they must deal with damaged furniture even if it means sending someone to repair the problem They sell new furniture not second-hand or salvaged furniture

I purchased a bed and financed it with *** *** which is a company used by the American furnitureThe finance company is very unprofessionalThey will call you on the day your bill is due and call your entire family with nasty attitudesUntil there is a problemI informed them that my daughters bed completely collapsedDee Dee is the name given to me called me and asked me to send pictures of the bedI sent the pictures on Dec and I have not heard from anyone until my bill was dueI spoke to Dee Dee and she told me that I can pick up the parts neededAbsolutely notShe then told me that I have to wait for *** * *** to come and fix the bedToday is Dec My daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floorWhy is this ok? This place is horrible! We found a bunk bed that we wanted to purchase. Delivery for 20 minutes away would be $129. We decided to go home and get a pickup instead of using delivery as their "instant" delivery actually means next day IF there is an opening. Being assured they had one in a box, 40 minute round trip, we were met my the manager when we returned to rudely inform us they were closing in 10 minutes. When we advised him we were there for a pick up, he got mad and said "NOW?" Then a warehouse associate came out loudly complaining that he had already locked the gate, that they DID NOT have one in a box, and it would take him at least 30 minutes to break the display down and that he was going home. The manager and warehouse associate were appalling with their unbelievable lack of customer service. They lost this sale and we will NEVER go there again!
