It pains me to write this review, because we have always been happy with the sales and delivery of our furniture. We have purchased thousands of dollars from them in furniture and decor.

We recently received our sofa from AFW. We noticed the sofa was wobbly when you sat down on it and didn't seem sturdy. When going back to AFW at Power Rd, we found that the legs displayed in the showroom were completely different than what we had received. They made the sofa sturdier, and we requested the legs that were the same as displayed. We were advised to contact AFW Customer Support. They requested pictures of the legs and after a few days, advised us we would have to pay $40 to get the legs as displayed in the showroom. We replied with this being an unacceptable response and never heard back from them. This is not what you do when a customer has purchased thousands of dollars' worth of merchandise. Unfortunately, we may not return.

This place is horrible! We found a bunk bed that we wanted to purchaseDelivery for minutes away would be $We decided to go home and get a pickup instead of using delivery as their "instant" delivery actually means next day IF there is an openingBeing assured they had one in a box, minute round trip, we were met my the manager when we returned to rudely inform us they were closing in minutesWhen we advised him we were there for a pick up, he got mad and said "NOW?" Then a warehouse associate came out loudly complaining that he had already locked the gate, that they DID NOT have one in a box, and it would take him at least minutes to break the display down and that he was going homeThe manager and warehouse associate were appalling with their unbelievable lack of customer serviceThey lost this sale and we will NEVER go there again!

Purchased furniture (bedroom Suite) and had it for a little over a year. Then a smell started to come from the furniture and makes my bedroom smell horrible. They sent tech out and the results wee that some furniture has odors and the warranty is up.
We are stuck with furniture after spending thousands of dollars. We have purchased several items from this store in Colorado Springs and unfortunately will never do business with them again or recommend them. Its a shame because I was going to buy other things from them.
Be weary of quality of product and the customer service you received if something else is wrong.
Have filled case with Revdex.com and yet to hear back from them its been weeks.

Rude, uninformed, no attempt at customer satisfaction. They just say they have no control over the products they were happy to take my money for. A month waiting for my purchase, no contact from them to update me. I had to call them 3 times (with 3 different possible arrival dates given to me) only to be informed the 3rd time that it will be nearly 2 months before I get what I paid for (and they couldn't guarantee that date either). Very unprofessional...no score low enough.
