To whom it may concern,We have made several efforts to correct the problem with this systemI am in contact with the manufacture to try and find a solutionThe unit has lost refrigerant several times and we, up to this point, have not been able to find the leak in the systemI have informed the
client that we intend to make another attempt at resolving this issue as soon as the weather is warm enough to allow us to get a good refrigerant charge. We fully intend to get this resolved in the next daysI will make contact directly with the client.Sincerely,*** ***President
