American Glass And Window

We were remodeling ur laundry room and a pry bar Spidered one of the layers of glass. No questions asked we took it in the next day and a few days latter it was done and back in our laundry room. We cant tell anything even happened to it. We have even taken a screen that one of our dogs broke. Its just like new again and will be taking more screens there soon to get redone. Everyone who works there is wonderful and pleasant.

My experience with American glass was excellent. They were professional, respectful and accurate with all estimates that were give to us. I have had them complete several jobs for me from replacing a simple screen on up to installing 5 large custom windows across the front of my house. Each and every job was handled with the utmost care and completed in the time frame that was agreed upon. I certainly did not have an issue with any of the estimates either. The end price was exactly what was quoted before work was started. I would recommend American Glass to anyone looking for quality work and honest business ethics. [redacted]

Very disappointed This is the 2nd time we have hired them to do some glass work. The first time everything was fine. This past time, they did not complete the job and when we called to ask why the job wasn't completed, [redacted] the owner gave a bad attitude and said that we would have to pay extra for them to go back. Do not recommend them, cant take responsibility for their mistakes.

I have recently had 4 Custom glass shower enclosures done by American Glass. I am very impressed with the Service and Installation of my Doors. Their professionalism could not have been better. I love the Family friendly atmosphere in their show room as well. I was greeted by the owners and 2 of their dogs. Loved it!
The Technicians who came out to our home were very friendly as well. They cleaned everything up better than when they came! I will definitely be calling them for any other glass needs I have. I will be needing some windows done soon! :)
