I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Miss [redacted] called and we went out to see what the problem was and found the plywood under the roofing was shifting we renailed the spots that had shiftedThis happens when their are temperature changes in the seasons.We have called and would like to go in her attic and brace in between the rafters to help contain the shifting off the plywood

I have talked with Ms [redacted] regarding why repairs was not completed on Monday July 10, as scheduledThe asphalt plant did not have enough orders to fire up the asphalt on MondayTheyare scheduled to have asphalt on Wednesday or late this eveningWe will have job completed as soon as asphalt becomes availableMs [redacted] has been informed and is in agreement with ourattempts to get her driveway completed by Friday the latest
