Review: One week after my kitchen cabinets were installed and fully paid for, things started braking down.After my repeated phone calls American granite sent some people and they confirmed that parts need to be replaced and they said they will order the parts and will replace the faulty parts. That was over two month ago and any time I call they say the parts are in order. American granites is not responsive to my repeated phone calls. It is six month since I asked them to fix the problem, unfortunately no results.Desired Settlement: I need the problem in my kitchen to be fixed.

l have called Mr. [redacted] and left a vm on 8/5/14 4:42pm. I requested a call back. The issue is with the cabinet manufacturer. We are waiting on a part. We can gladly order a new part, but we need [redacted]‘s assistance. Please advise the customer to call us and ask for [redacted]. Thank you

Review: We had work done on our house by American granite. The work was left unfinished and very dangerous. We have failed our towns inspection codes and have been waiting almost two months for them to come and fix their mistakes. One of which is an electrical problem that the inspector told us could kill someone if they were to touch it by accident. After trying to reach the electrician many time to come fix the job he said he would come. First on Monday after 6 pm. At 9:30 he calls and says he needs to get a piece from Home Depot which had already closed and at 10:10 he says he isn't coming. So he says he will come back on Tuesday, we try and reach him all evening and he shuts off his phone and doesn't respond to any calls or texts. So on weds he says he will be here at 5 pm. When I call at five he says he is running late and will at the house at 8:30. At 8:45 he says he will be leaving where he is at and be on his way up to us. Once we got that text he again turned off his phone and was unable to be reached. Called the owner of the company Carlos Guzman 5 times today as well and no response from him and we have had enough. Please help us fix this problem and some of the others that they have left unfinished as that is not the only problem.Desired Settlement: I either need the job finished ASAP or I will go elsewhere and I want them to pay for the service for all the unfinished business including some holes in the walls, not installing the stove correctly and of course our electrical problem

Review: First was an issue with the product. We wanted to go with something white or light in color. We decided to go with a grey and white veined granite. When we came back for the template tracing we had noticed that the stone they put our name on had be damaged. They called it a fissure, but it was super long and was not there before when we had chosen the stone. I then was unable to chose the part of the granite I would of like for the template and was only given two options top or bottom of a different piece. One leftover piece from someones else's cut after their template and a whole new piece with a gigantic fissure. I continued to explain I did not want any dark in the granite, that is why I wanted the center piece because it was more white then grey. He reassured me, with promises, that there will be not dark looking spots if I go with the piece he is offering. I even called the following day with questions to assure no dark colors. When installed there was rust colors through the edges that make it look filthy and stained. It is not what I wanted or what I thought I was buying. It looks horrible! I thought real granite should look the same throughout the stone. This just looks damaged. There are also chips and dings all over the granite.

Secondly, we needed a piece that was longer then the slab and it needed to be connected. We wanted this piece connected in a corner for a nicer seam. Instead he said that it could not be and he has to do it at the edge. IT LOOKS HORRIBLE! Like it doesn't belong.

While installing this slab the workers damaged my wall, while my husband watching, and did not say anything! Then when they were done my husband questioned what they did, and they played it off as not a big deal. Then when I called the office, the workers never even told the company that this happened.

I have been in touch and calling since the 2nd day of installation and talked to office. getting no where. Also have called owner and managers and no answers.Desired Settlement: I would like the problems fixed with a replacement. If they can not be fixed I would like a refund in full and for them to pay for the damage to my wall.

Review: I had a complete kitchen installed in July of 2013. In august a cabinet door hinge broke 5 months later no hinge I spoke to the owner on 12/12/14 he said he would come to fix it. I do not understand how someone can ignore months of trying to resolve this problem. He needs to keep his word and fix my cabinet door I know he thinks this is menial its frustrating I have been in contact with them since September I think its time we resolve this problem. Yes they got their money so who gives a crap if I' a satisfied customerDesired Settlement: Fix my cabinet door.
