I bought a pickup and got this warranty to go with it just in caseWell at first I had no issues with itlater on the transmission started going out about miles into the new vehicleI brought it to the dealership more than a week from the review and they said the vehicle should be out in a few daysabout an hour later after they called my warranty company they said they had to wait for an inspector to get out there to inspect my vehicleThe inspector came a almost a week laterAnd took two days to tell the dealership that they can work on itI called the morning after the inspector said to work on it expecting it to be out of the shop and the dealership said "We just had the inspector look at your truck." He did not know if they would cover it or notHe then asked if it was ok to start the tear down of the transmissionI said to get it to me as quick as possibleWell its been almost two weeks because now we are waiting on the approval for the parts list to be approvedNo word yetI've been without the vehicle and I do not have a spare vehicle to use in the meantime while I waitI live and work on site but I can't get to the store to get supplies needed for work or myselfI have no one to drop food off and being miles away from town I cant just walk to the storeI would have paid the bill myself and got my truck days later if I knew I would have had to wait over weeks for a service I paid forIt has been a huge hassle and I would not use this company againThe warranty I had was supposed to cover any lubricated and electrical parts for months and milesI am on mile and month one of owning this thing I am not impressed with ** but more so with the warranty company for not responding to much of anything I understand maybe a week for paperwork inspection and parts but this is getting rediculous

I called to get a warranty on my car and they offered me a warranty that was really expensive at firstThey transfered me to the manager who got the cost down to something more reasonable, but the manager was pushing me to make a decisionI told him I needed to discuss it with my husband first and he told me the offer would no longer be there if I called backWe argued over why I could not call back with my answer back and forth for a while and he started getting rudeHe asked me if I even wanted a warrantyReally? Just because I wanted to think about it and talk it overI said yes I did and he kept pushing me and told me that my car could break down in between now and when I call backI told him I did not think my car would break down in one hour and he said well you don;t get a phone call or an email telling you your car will break downHe was really rude and talked to me as if I was stupidIt felt like a con and the more I talked to him, the less I wanted a warrantyI am really dissatisfied because I was treated badly and because now I can't get the warranty I wanted

I purchased the *** *** *** for $and was assured that this plan was comparable to *** *** *** *** which is what I originally asked forMy complaint is if the CPP is comparable to GMPP and GMPP covers said power steering hose, then CPP should alsoNow, if the product was misrepresented by one of your agents, then that is your responsibilitythat is if you stand behind your product
Quite frankly I don't understand *** *** comments about being surprisedHow is this even relevant? I did not build this carI did not create any of the problems that you grudgingly had to pay forThat is why I purchased your product
If you're not going to honor your product, then refund my $It sounds to me that you would rather litigate than satisfy a customerYour arrogant response suggests that you might have to brush up on your customer relations skillsLook up the word "tact", that might help you

The response and the explanation and discussions I had, as well as the additional compensation were satisfactory

On June 26, I submitted a negative review about AGWS and the experience I have had for the past month getting my vehicle repaired under warranty I received a call from John at AGWS and had a very productive conversation about the situation I wish I had spoken to John weeks ago because I believe this would have been resolved by now I believe AGWS and myself, were being played by the ** facility that has had the vehicle John helped me to understand the position AGWS had been taking, as well as some things about the ** dealership Hopefully with the additional information I received from John I have some grounds to get the ** dealership to "waive" some of their "miscellaneous" charges that will enable me to NOT have any out of pocket costs with the warranty covering the repair at 100% I appreciate John's follow up, additional information, and willingness to work with me through a very trying situation Hopefully it will all end well

The warranty company offered to pay some of the cost of repairs2/of the the dealership did not offer anything.I appreciate the warranty company for doing so

I got the warranty when I bought my trailer Well come to find out that they will not cover anything while there is a warranty So do not buy the warranty when you buy the trailer After my one year manufacturing warranty, I called the company to get my heater fixed The first time I called, they told me that the repair facility would have to call So I took the trailer to a repair facility and explained to them that they would have to call I gave them the information to call Well the person who was going to take the claim refused to take the claim because the repair facility did not know if there was a warranty left on the trailer How would a repair facility know if I have a warranty left on the trailer So I called the warranty company and told them that there was not a warranty left They wanted proof So I sent them my contract when I bought the trailer and a PDF file off the manufactures trailer website showing that it was only a one year warranty They finally agreed to allow the RV place to figure out what was going on They decided I needed a new heater They attempted to call back multiple times but would only get a voicemail and would have to sit on the phone for plus minutes It has been days of going back and forth between the business and the warranty company and my RV is still not fixed They will not make any attempt to call the rv place due to the fact that it takes along time to get a hold of anyone They have zero customer service They just want your money and than want walk away and not fix anything As soon as this claim is over, I will be canceling my service with them and finding another company that cares about its customers

After seeing the complaints from the Revdex.com I decided to cancel my warranty with them.
I took out the warranty on 6/29/16. Yesterday, was 7/29/16. I knew I had to call them to cancel right away so I wouldn't have any problems canceling. WRONG!!!!!
First I talked to Casey, who tried to talk me out of canceling. When she knew she wasn't getting any where with me, she put me on hold forever. When I called back, she said "I thought you changed your mind and hung up!!! I told her I didn't hang up, and I still want to cancel. Then she connected me with a guy named "Kyle". He was so ignorant, and kept trying to give me the run around , When I told him I just wanted to cancel, he got really ignorant stating,"you,re going to let me finish, or I'm going to hang up on you!" Then he did. I had already called my credit card co. and had put it in dispute before calling them. I called my credit card co. back to let them know he wouldn't let me cancel and how he hung up on me. They said they would open a case on this, and would not let any future payments be made to them. Stay away from this company or you'll be going through what I had to. What a scam!!!!!

Purchased a 48 month warrenty for my motorhome for $4,995.00 Experienced a covered breakdown along the way to Florida. We had road service repair the problem and sent in the bills along with photos and invoices for parts. The photos showed the engine pieces apart on the ground, the service truck with the name of the company, the new parts that were being installed. The repair was a faulty engine water pump on a diesel pusher. Totally covered but Because we did not get prior approval it was rejected. Not even an attempt to try to settle it . Flat out rejected. No consideration at all for the consumer in our time of need.

I purchased a used car from a reputable dealer in Washington state and thought since it was a fairly new car that I would purchase an extended warranty from AGWS called the compass protection plan. I purchased the highest caliber paying over $2000 extra just in case something went wrong in the first year or so of ownership. Well lo and behold after a few months the sun roof ended up getting stuck in the open position. I contacted the warrant company as directed but they decided that this was going to considered an "adjustment" not a repair and therefore would not be covered. Considering I live in Washington I obviously could not leave the sunroof stuck open. I took it to a local mechanic where they found that a screw from the mechanism had gotten loose and jammed in the track preventing the sunroof from closing. The mechanic called the warrant company directly to explain the situation to no avail. I then contacted the dealer who stated that one if their warranty reps would call the warranty company. Long story short the warranty company agreed to pay for half of the repair. Now, six weeks later, still no payment to the repair place and no help from the customer service reps with the warranty company. In fact, in all the CSR I've dealt with AGWS have been downright rude. If I had to do it over again I would never purchase ANY warranty from this company. They say that their warranty covers things but when you go to start a claim they word it in a way where they don't have to pay a dime. It's not even bait and switch but plain thievery. Someone needs to investigate this company and their dealings.

I had this warranty from Feb 2014 until Oct 2016. I had the silver plan. I was told that this plan covered everything except the keys (if I lost them) and regular maintenance. I had multiple problems with my car, and none were covered by this warranty. This was extremely frustrating after paying an extra $30 per month for the duration of my car loan. The point of this was to avoid costly repairs on a foreign car, well I paid the additional per month for this and expensive repairs often.

Besides that I would call their customer service and the people who I talked to were rude and when I needed someone to call back they never returned my numerous calls.
