American Gutter & Guard

Review: Company improperly installed gutter guards designed to keep out pine needles and leaves, gutters clogged with pine needles within 6 moths of installation. Discussed the issue with the gutter guard manufacturer and they had a representative come to my home and inspect the guards to see if they were defective and noted that they were installed incorrectly. I printed the manufacturer instructions for installation and identified the improper installation. Contacted the installer (American Gutter & Guard) and owner/ installer came and discussed that he would have his workers come to the home and correct the installation issues and re-clean the gutters. The contractor never came. Called the owner of American Gutter & Guard several more times and he either hung up on me, didn't answer the phone or didn't return my calls when a message was left. It has been several mon ths since he told us he would correct the installation errors and we havent heard anything from them. He admitted that they were not installed per the manufacturer's instructions but failed to correct the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the company, American Gutter & Guard, to come to my home and clean the gutters that are now clogged and replace/ reinstall all of the gutter guards properly as per manufacturers installation instructions and our original agreement.
