I hired this business, Joshua U [redacted] is the owner, to build me a patioHe required half down, $He only accomplished removing the old concrete slab then failed to return to start the buildI tried numerous time to make contact with him to ask for a refund, minus the cost of removing the old concrete slabHe would never return my calls, texts, emailsI eventually filed court action against him, he never bothered to show up for courtHe says he is prior Army which I seriously doubt

American Handyman Services installed a rear exterior door for me on March 22, 2016, for which we paid cash My father-in-law was at my house while the work was completed and provided the cash My father-in-law also provided American Handyman Services a $1,cashiers check for upfront material / labor cost for preparing and painting the exterior of my home Unsatisfied with the finished door installation, I requested my cashiers check back to which American Handyman Services acknowledged and responded would be returned the next day, the end of the weekend, by the end of last week, etc I have provided American Handyman Services multiple opportunities to return my check Due to continued failed deliverance, I provided American Handyman Services a communication that I would be contacting the Revdex.com as well as reaching out to seek legal advice American Handyman Services stating they have contacted a lawyer as well, that my uncashed check would be returned by the end of last week, but
