I had been checking into purchasing precious metals for several months, off and on. I had received information from several companies, but had been strongly advised by a family member to go to the American Hartford, which I did. Brian is my representative and has lead me through all the aspects of the transitioning from my prior IRA plan to The Hartford. I have also spoken to several of the other staff when I did not dial Brian's personal contact number, and they are always ready and quick to answer any of my questions. From what I've experienced, everyone works well as a team, which makes my experience even more enjoyable. They have walked me through every step needed, making the transition very easy.
