Despite the sign on the property for "Free Estimates." We never received an estimate. We asked many times, they never produced. WE should have immediately went elsewhere just for that fact alone. As time went on, 2 months, excuse after excuse now we face a "storage fee." This is a situation that they created. We called our adjuster on many occasions, they indicated they had not heard from Automotive Custom and Collision. When we spoke with automotive custom and collision they said they were waiting for the insurance company adjuster. We were played, the car is not repaired, and they are holding it ransom for the alleged storage charge of roughly $4,000.00 dollars plus misc. work that they never performed. At no time was any of this communicated to us. In fact considering we were repeatedly told there was not going to be any fee, WE LIVE DOWN THE STREET AND COULD HAVE VERY EASILY KEPT IT IN OUR YARD! This situation of Automotive Custom and Collision's own making is a crime!
