We immediately contacted the individual the day we received Revdex.com's email We explained his calling problem was due to a circuit board in our phone system going bad and Century Link had to trouble shoot the problem and have a technician come to our location and replace it His other issue was detailed to him and we provided the information on his account showing everything was current The new custodian bank we're using simply takes a day or two longer to process the electronic deposits from his employer
We first heard of the problem today We immediately investigated the issue and contacted the consumer immediately Since our custodial bank transferred the accounts to a new custodial bank, it created confusion and a huge backlog of calls we were dealing with We're not sure who they spoke to, but were given erroneous information that they could no longer make account deposits with checks We have always been able to process checks into their account and will continue to do so They can also set up an electronic funds transfer if they choose to We have provided everything they need to maintain their account
