The customer service is horrible. They never return phone calls and never available. Every time you call you get transferred to a vm. I applied for a credit card and haven't heard back from them yet. It's been almost a month for a simple approve or declined confirmation. I guess I will have to go to the physical location and get a response.

This credit union has very poor customer service. I have been dealing with this bank for 3 years and has paid of an account and paying another one. The first issue is they wiped my early pay off an good pay history off my report. So I called and called and that never was placed back onto my credit. I then went into their Batesville Ms location and applied for a loan it s going on 1month and I have not heard a response. I have reached out to the corporate and they are still giving me the run around. Why does it take a month to approve a loan? They will not return your calls back and are not trying to fix the issue. I will be glad when I am finished dealing with them because this business is not professional and they could care less about their valued customers. Still no reply and it has been 4 weeks and counting.
