the Midwest for more than 50 years and are proud of it. After our original conversation with you we ask that the hearing aid be shipped to our factory since you moved to a new location, so that the unit could be checked and repaired as needed. There will be no cost to you since the unit is still under warranty. We are sending a recent postcard from one of our users that did just what we asked you to do, so that you can see his appreciation of our service.
The sooner we receive the unit the quicker this matter can be resolved. Please see attached post card on the other side of this letter.
