American Heating & A.C.

This man is now operating under the name [redacted] and the company name on his business card is now American Heating & Air Conditioning. His phone number is still the same. We had a terrible experience with this company. From the moment I spoke to Mr. [redacted], he seemed very unmotivated to fix our A/C. It took him a day and a half to come out to inspect the unit. He determined that the problem was coming from the blower and said that he would need to find the part and that it might take a couple of days. He then called later in the day and said he need to take a look at another part in the blower unit but said he couldn't come out until the next day. We set a time between 7-8 AM. He did not show up so I called him and he said he couldn't be there until 8-9 AM because he put me on the wrong schedule. I had not requested to day off so I told him I had to go to work but I could be home by 11 AM. He said he would call me later to see when he could get me scheduled. He never called so I called him and we set an appointment for the next day. As he was about to get in the attic the next day, he informed me that it was probably going to take another 2 days to get the part. At this point, we had been without A/C for five days. I told him that I felt like that was an unacceptable amount of time to be without A/C in the middle of the AZ summer. He grumbled about me not knowing his job and proceed to leave the house, saying he wasn't coming back. He also said, that he hadn't been paid a dime. We have a home warranty and I offered him the $60 deductible when he first came out. He said that his paperwork said we didn't owe the fee which turned out to be untrue. He complained non stop about [redacted] parts so maybe that was his issue. On a side note, we had a problem with this blower before and it was fixed in a day in a half.
