I went into A&S Boats to purchase a boat when talking to the sales person (Gill) prior to doing the loan I asked if there was any pre paid penalty for paying off the loan early he stated NOI purchased the boat through there companyI went to make my first payment on my boat loan and noticed the loan pay off payment was higher then the loan amountI called US bank and they told me there was a early penalty for paying off the boat within three years of the loanI called Gill and asked him why he told me there was no penalty when there was he stated he never said thatThat he tells all customers that they have to hold on to the boat for a year before paying it off we told him that he never told us that he stated he did so then we asked so if we only have to hold onto it for a year and that's what you told us then why is it that we have to hold onto it for three years when we said that he hung up on usAlso there are two witnesses to him stating that there was no penalty for ear

I was a regular customer at A&S but recently had a very unprofessional experience with Matt over the phone and then in person when I arrived at the storeMatt was completely belligerent on the phone and threatening to call the police if I came back to try to return a rental tool given I had not returned it the next day despite never being informed of any such policy when I purchased the toolI had to make several calls in an attempt to resolve the issueWhen I returned the tool, Matt couldn't resist to intervene and charge me an additional 10% and have the last wordUnbelievable that anyone would imagine treat their customers this way is beyond meNot the way to win future business!! Will be sure to have a follow up call with Mark the owner to make sure he is aware of the behavior of his staff and the reputation they are giving his business

Last Fall I spent $to fix all my electrical issues with the boat only to have the boat not work this Spring as promised with full paymentAfter returning the boat this Spring, I was charged another $for problems that should have been taken care of last FallAfter speaking with the owner Mark, and have him telling all I do is complainin (twice in years) he did state he would help me with labor costs of $per hourI thought that was fairUpon the completed repairs he charged me full price and did not discount the invoice a dime
