I have been completely satisfied with my services from American Heating and Air. My first experience was a few years back when my air quite working on the weekend. They came out the same day and were able to fix the problem immediately. They have since installed a new system in my house. They were quick, efficient, and left no evidence they were even there. My technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will continue to use them for any future heating and air needs.

After contacting the company, the owner told me not to shop around for the best price and when I stated "With all due respect, I am the consumer and it's my money to decide" he hung up on me.

American Heating & A/C has done several jobs for me at 2 separate homes as well as my mother's former residence. These jobs all took place within the last 15 years with the most recent being 2014.

The service is excellent and the pricing fair. They have always been prompt and courteous. And in my elderly mother's case, they were patient in explaining all of the options and why the parts and/or services were necessary.

My initial use of their services was per the recommendation of a retired military acquaintance, and I've never regretted making that decision.
