I cannot say enough good things about American Heating and Cooling On a very hot day in Sept, they came to my rescue to replace my upstairs cooling unit This service was an add on to their work schedule for the day and they arrived around 4:and worked tirelessly until after 8:with cheerful attitudes and continuous efforts to complete this jobI do not generally write reviews, but felt compelled to document their work ethnics My heartfelt gratitude to American Heating and Cooling and their employees!
I had a Mitsubishi mini split installed in my bonus room, it has leaked down my wall ever since they installed it, they have been to my house times to work on it and have accomplished nothing, it still leaks to this day, they have had my wall repainted times and now needs repainted for a third time, the labor warranty runs out after years and at that time I'm on the hook for the cost of the repair, I will get a lawyer involved before that happens, I would not recommend this company to anyone
Thank American
Thank you American Heating and Cooling
American installed a new Amana system for us and they were very prompt and had the best warranty
I was very pleased with my new unit from American.
American Heating and Cooling installed a new HVAC system in my condo last week. It was a complicated project but the techs knew exactly what to do and got the job done. The new unit works great, is so much more quiet than the old one and I got a great deal. I will definitely call them again.
I recently moved into a new subdivision and was told to call them if I had an emergency. I have a unit that is less than 30 days old on a new construction home. After calling the emergency line three times a gentlemen the finally came out and brought his kid only to tell me he disconnected the unit and someone would have to come out the next day. I called at 7 am when they opened and was told it would be 12-2pm before someone could come out. I went over 36 with no AC in August and it was almost 90 degrees in my house. The people I interacted with on the phone and in person were less than understanding and rude. If my warranty was not based on me using them for service I would never call them again. This has been the worst customer service I have ever gotten and no one seemed to care about me as the customer.
Thank You American
