The owner of the company is difficult to work with. He couldn't return phone calls to answer key questions in order to push our project forward. It ended up delaying the project. When finally returning calls he became irate and verbally abusive. We ended up having to hire another hvac contractor to do the work. He refused to give our deposit back and we ended up reluctantly accepting a percentage of the deposit back in order to recoup some of our money.

Review: Business installed HVAC in house. AC is not working properly for 2nd consecutive summer. Have made at least a dozen calls to business for service over the span of 1 month and have not received a call back to schedule a visit. Each time, we are told that someone will reach out to us and it has not happened.Desired Settlement: Please contact homeowners to schedule a service appointment and diagnose the problem.

Review: We bought 2 heat & h/w combo boilers for our rental property in August 2014, with a 2 year parts and labor warranty. Had many problems with the systems shutting off for no reason during cold weather, and they never fixed it. We had to hire someone else to troubleshoot the problem. Had to replace PEX with copper pipe on the units themselves, replace sharkbite joints on PEX tubing and more. Then a month ago, the whole backing board that these units are mounted on, fell halfway off the wall. They had use TWO BOLTS ONLY 3/4" into the brick wall to hold two boilers in place! There was also a problem noticed by a building inspector with the way the condensation lines were inserted into the sewer line. I finally got ahold of the owner's wife, [redacted], and she agreed to pay what our contractor charged us for the repair ($800) because she couldn't get any of her guys to come quickly and it was an emergency. She hasn't answered my calls or letter with invoice since. It's been weeks now, and just this last weekend we had to spend another $300 because the heat wasn't working in one section of the house. Our new HVAC contractor had to reroute piping which had been all mixed up between the apartments when installed! It is suspected that this was causing the shutoffs last winter. So far, we've paid out over $1500 for repairs on a brand new system that was not properly installed. Who knows what else will show up next?Desired Settlement: Since they are not responding to us, and we could end up spending more on this before the system is working reliably,, we would like a refund of $2000.00. We have invoices and receipts for $1500.
