MrM***, I am sorry that you had a poor customer service experience You were dealing with [redacted] who is my Mother and helps me out with the business I know she has a thick accent which some people mistake as hostile and argumentative but I assure you she is trying to be very helpful I will use this experience as a training tool and she will improve her decorum with customers She is really trying to help In your case please in the future use our physical mailing address if you are not using the label we have provided That address is [redacted] I know your boot is too big for the envelope but there is still a way you can use that envelope we provided You can box your items up and affix that envelope with the label facing outward to the outside of the box, and it will work the same way Regarding your current order we received items from you on 2/10/ Order # [redacted] , is this the order in question? doesn't want to work with our services. The burns and scuffs that appeared on her shoes might happen from time to time. We had offered to correct and fix any of her complaints without charges. We are . crediting the work that is being disputed by offering her a monetary settlement. Once we have issued the full credit to D.[redacted] for 2 shoes.
